I believe that every person has so much more potential that is visible or even known to the person herself. My passion and mission is coaching for unleashing the potential of people and teams. I am a seasoned leadership development and coaching professional with +25 years of experience. I also have experience in CEO, management team and expert positions in international companies, start-ups and M&A’s as well as an entrepreneur. During my career, I have had the privilege to run hundreds of leadership development programs in a multitude of industries and in the public sector and have around 4.000 hours of coaching mostly leaders and executives.

Educated to Masters level in Social Sciences, I majored in Social Psychology with a specialisation in assessment and development of individuals, groups and organisations, minoring in Business Management and Work Psychology. I also hold a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in International Business and my other certifications include e.g. ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC), Certified Business Coach Master, Management Work Counsellor, Certified Mind and Body Bridging Coach, Brain ID® Mentor, NLP Master Practitioner, Enneagram Teacher in Narrative , What type of a leader are you- train the trainer, Workplace Big 5 and EQ-i 2.0 Emotional intelligence tool, Certified Everything DiSC trainer, Time Taming®- Coach, Specialized Vocational Degree in Management Certified in Strategic Human Resources Management. I am doing my PhD studies in psychology at the University of Jyväskylä on growth as a leader in self-managing organizations via coaching.

I speak Finnish (native tongue), English (excellent), Swedish (good), German and Spanish (conversational).
I am married and a mother to two young adults, and we live in Helsinki, Finland. In my free-time I love spending time with the family and friends, learning new things, studying, as well as exercising outdoors and indoors. My favorite sport is beach volley.
