"We have been cooperating on leadership topics with Sari Vuohtoniemi from True Potential for more than three years, continuously working on the leadership culture within our global business unit. Sari has trained about 80 global leaders across the world (Europe, Asia and North- and South-America). During the course of the years, Sari has supported us to address the right challenges and opportunities in the leadership area, be it the specifics of good leadership during a global pandemic and the related remote work aspects or now in the transition phase after the pandemic the challenges that the new hybrid working style in the VUCA environment brings along. One of the main focus areas in development has been coaching leadership – we have opted for this way, as we are convinced that we have to empower all our employees, provide them freedom to strive and trust to take ownership and responsibility. The development initiatives have also included topics like developing self-awareness, leading different personalities, resilience, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, dealing with challenging leadership situations and purpose-driven leadership.

Sari has also coached several of our management teams to develop as a high-performing team starting from our top management team including eg. clarifying purpose of the team, building trust, developing team dynamics and using the different natural personality strengths using the enneagram.

With her broad experience in the leadership area, Sari has been able to get the buy-in of our leaders and all sessions have been perceived extremely positively.

We will for sure continue our cooperation with Sari and True Potential also in the future, as leadership education is a continuous effort, and we are convinced of the contribution to the success of the business of these initiatives.

"At ANDRITZ, we have worked with Sari on different leadership topics repeatedly since 2019. Sari has accompanied us as a global division in the Pulp area of the ANDRITZ Group, thus also the leadership approach always had a global aspect. In 2019 Sari has supported 70 of ourglobal leaders to introduce the “coaching leadership” style more in ourcorporate leadership culture. "We have done collaboration with great results with Sari Vuohtoniemi and True Potential. He planned and delivered training programme which focused on coaching leadership in our whole KRP division and all its 70 leaders in eight groups in Finland and Austria.
