Teen coaching-ja valmennustyön ohella Jyväskylän yliopistossa psykologian alan väitöskirjaa ja etsin nyt osallistujia tutkimukseeni liittyen johtajana kasvuun ja siinä tukemiseen itse/yhteisöohjautuvissa organisaatioissa.Jos toimit johtamistehtävässä itse/yhteisöohjautuvuutta vahvistavassa organisaatiossa, olet muuttanut aikaisempaa tapaasi johtaa ja olisit valmis reflektoimaan omaa kasvuasi johtajana, olisin hyvin kiitollinen, jos voisit tulla haastateltavaksi tutkimukseeni.

University of Jyväskylä's has a long tradition in qualitative psychotherapy research, which has a lot to give to much coaching research, which is much younger field of research. Psychotherapy Research days were held at the 17-18th of February and I was one of the presenters.

I am so exited to have started my PhD studies at the doctoral programme in Psychology at the University of Jyväskylä besides my work as an entrepreneur at True Potential.
