I am pleased and honored to be a presenter at the International Enneagram Summit with the topic "Integrating the Enneagram into executive coaching process aligned with ICF definition of coaching. My intention is to connect views of coaching defined by International Coaching Federation (ICF) and how to align the enneagram system especially in executive and leadership coaching processes.The enneagram has been integral part of my coaching practice for over ten years and I am happy to share my experiences as well as build common views along with colleagues.
